“Opodo's Monthly Birthday Prize Draw”
1. Organizing Company – The promoter of the prize draw “Opodo's Birthday Prize Draw” (the "Prize
Draw") is Opodo Limited with company number 4051797 and whose registered office is at
Waterfront, Hammersmith Embankment, Chancellors Road, London W6 9RU ("Opodo").
2. Prize Draw – Opodo's birthday celebrations will take place online hosted on Opodo's promotional
webpages from 1st – 30th September 2016, ending at 23:59 p.m. GMT (the "Birthday Celebrations").
Participants to the Birthday Celebrations may enter into a free prize draw ("Prize Draw") in
accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
3. Prizes –The following Prize Draw prizes ("Prizes") will be given away by Opodo:
3 Teufel Headphones model MUTE.
The total value of the prizes is £430 / 510€ (official purchase price).
4. Prize Draw Winners - three Prize Draw winners will be selected at random using an automate tool
on 3rd October 2016. Winners will be notified by email on 3rd October 2016 and will also be
announced in Opodo’s official blogs http:// blog.opodo.co.uk, http:// blog.opodo.fr and http://
blog.opodo.de. Eligibility, age and Prize claim by all winners are subject to verification. The winner
has 10 days from the closing date to accept the Prize and to send their contact details to the
indicated address, otherwise the Prize will be considered rejected. Opodo's methods to select the
Prize winners and all decisions with respect to the selection of Prize winners shall be final.
5. Eligibility – the Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK, France or Germany who are 18 years
and over, except for all eDreams ODIGEO and Opodo employees, partners, employees and/or their
family members. Participation in the Survey is limited to one entry per person. Opodo reserves the
right to disqualify any entrant in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in
accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. How to Enter – In order to enter the Prize Draw, participants need to enter any one of the
following Opodo websites http://www.opodo.co.uk/15years.html,
http://www.opodo.fr/15ans.html, and http://www.opodo.de/15jahre.html , enter their personal
details on the contact form and to chose the right answer out of a choice of 3 to a question related
to the history of Opodo. Participants who have answered correctly will be entered into the Prize
Draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not delivered to Opodo for any reason
whatsoever.
7. Prize Delivery and Acceptance– Prizes will be delivered by courier and must be signed for by the
winner as proof of receipt. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash. No
substitution, assignment or redemption for cash of any Prize is permitted. The winner will be
responsible for all costs associated with the use of the Prize.
8. Reservation of Rights - Opodo reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw,
or any part of it, including these terms and conditions, in its sole discretion. In the event that the
prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Opodo's control, Opodo reserves the
right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
9. Personal Data – By entering the Prize Draw, participants' personal data provided will be added
into a data file owned by Opodo. This data will be processed in order to administer the Prize Draw,
to select and communicate with the winner, and for promotion and marketing purposes, which
includes sending commercial communications by email. At any time, participants can make effective
their rights to opt out of any further communications from Opodo by clicking on 'Unsubscribe' as
indicated in Opodo's communications to the participant.
10. Acceptance of the Rules of Promotion – By taking part in the survey and Prize Draw, participants
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by Opodo's decisions, which are final in all
matters relating to the Prize Draw.
11. Applicable Law –These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed under Eng
