Help with roast!!

I've got a shoulder of pork that I'm about to roast and need some help. I want to slow roast it but still have crackling, what temp. should I cook it at, covered with foil or not, fat removed to be put in at a higher temp. or left on, and for how long should it be cooked? Thanks.

This is the recipe I use for slow roast pork shoulder with crackling - works perfectly every time.

Thanks missbiggles. I going to use this method, I've got 5 and a half hours so pushing it a bit. The pork is in the oven.0
