I'm afraid that if I ring them, they'll just ask questions that I don't know the answers to.
Then you'll be no worse off than you are now - either they'll have the information, or perhaps help steer you in the direction as to how you find out any missing answers.
Surely for the price of a phone call it's worth just giving them a call to ask ?0 -
