I wanna buy an air purifier.

Any of you guys own an air purifier? I would like to buy one but have no idea what to look for. Do I buy a cheapie, or is this false economy?

not sure if these are the same things as you mean but I have the ioniser/air purifier things. they are electric and are like a big goldfish bowl you fill with water and the lid thing agitaes the water and perfumes the air? that kind of thing?

I have a goodsphere, it's wonderful - my favourite gadget.
I used essential oils in it and broke it

We have someone in the family who has "asthma" and we thought that something that purifies the air might help. Does your thingy do this?

but personally I use it for the nice smell, plus it sends me to sleep of a night!
