Looks to me like it is a new comp. The T&C's for this show a starting date of 01/09 whereas the other one ended on 31/08 BUT it will not let you enter twice anyway.

Is that a scam site?

It asks for a lot of irrelevant information, including date of birth.

And it does not allow you to opt out of receiving promotional email (actually against the law).

No, supersavvyme is Procter and Gamble's word of mouth marketing site.

Don't know about the marketing issue, but they are who they say they are. Had a few things from them over the years.
