Is an IVA the same as a DMP?

I might be asked at work soon to declare whether I am on an IVA. I am on a DMP - do I have to declare this?

No, and IVA is a formal insolvency agreement, a DMP is an informal agreement0

Your employer would only be interested if you had entered some form of insolvency or been declared Bankrupt.

With these sort of questions the key is to give absolutely straight answers.
So if they ask 'Are you now or have you ever been in an IVA?'
If you have a dmp the answer is no
If you are bankrupt the answer is no
If you have a DRO the answer is no
If you are involved in any of the Scottish strategies the answer is no.0
