I'm sure I'm being a bit thick but I can't login, it will only take me to a register screen and then tells me that my email address is registered to another user - yes, it's me. Can someone please tell me where I can login without registering again?

I've only had one cup of coffee so should be feeling *better* soon...:T Thanks to all who post on here :T

I'm having problems too. I've been registered with the telegraph for months and i'm always logged in when I go onto their website but for some reason i'm not logged in and it says my password is wrong - it can't be cos I use the same password for 99% of the sites. I've requested a password reminder and sent them an email 3 times but not had anything back.
NOW IN COMPING SEMI-RETIREMENT!

I had the same problem. I finally dug out my original verify email from when I first registered, clicked on that & it said I was already verified, but let me log in anyway. I though it was just me having a bad day! :eek:Al Mac Appreciation Society (AMAS) member # 6½

Hi
I might be having a bit of an Anneka with a fish style moment here but even though I'm logged in to the Telegraph site when the comp comes up all I can see are the T&Cs and not anywhere to submit my entry - where am I going wrong?!?

If you go to the crossword page there is a login bit there which if you clicked on remember me will have your details. Then I just went back to the op here and clicked again to get comp page clicked enter and ticked the terms bit and submit and it worked. Phew that was long winded but hope it helps.
