Hi all
received our offer this week with the chelsea hope to exchange end of next week
we have noticed the rate has gone down online which would save us around £60.00 a month
I have spoken with chelsea and they have told me this can be done and will not affect our offer just need to speak to the mortgage advisor as it was an advised service who will then contact my underwriter who will change paper work and re send offer
I have spoken with the adviser who has agreed the new product
However being of the worry about every little thing brigade i now wonder if they will have to go through offer details again or do more credit checks or ask for more paper work or some way find a way to change there mind
has any one had experience of this with chelsea or i believe ybs are the same company is it simply a paperwork change and re offer
