These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties including but not limited to the Promoter’s agency in relation to this promotion. Entry is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents only, age 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Finland Ab (the”Promoter”), their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion for the Main Prize Draw closes at 23:59 on 30/11/2016. Entries made after this date will be entered into the Late Entry Prize Draw which closes at 23:59 on 30/11/2017. Entries made after this date will not be accepted.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Purchase is necessary to enter this promotion; access to the internet and a valid email address are also required.

PROMOTIONAL PACK

A “Promotional Pack” is one of the following products:

4-bar packs of Panda Natural Original Liquorice 32g bars
240g bags of Panda Natural Original Liquorice pieces
Each flashed with “WIN a Fiat Panda, or a glovebox full of tasty treats”. An 8-digit or 9-digit code, the “Promotional Code”, is printed inside the outer wrapper of Promotional Packs. Each Promotional Pack contains one Promotional Code which can be used only once.

How to enter: After buying a Promotional Pack entrants must visit the Website at https://www.pandapromotion.co.uk (the “Website”). They should then enter the Promotional Code printed inside the Promotional Pack together with their full name and email address. The Promotional Code must be entered exactly how it appears on the Promotional Pack. You must retain your Promotional Pack for winner verification purposes.

MAIN PRIZE DRAW PRIZES

1 x White Fiat Panda Pop with 12 month’s road tax and a tank of petrol. The prize does not include insurance; this will be the responsibility of the winner. 100 x gloveboxes of tasty treats, each of which comprises: 1 x 200g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Mix, 1 x 200g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Creams, 1 x 240g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Cuts, 1 x 4-bar pack of Panda Natural Original Liquorice 32g bars, 1 x 100g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Torpedos, 1 x 32g Panda Blueberry bar, 1 x 32g Panda Raspberry bar and 1 x 125g bag of Panda Bear shapes.

LATE ENTRY PRIZE DRAW PRIZE

1 x glovebox of tasty treats which comprises: 1 x 200g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Mix, 1 x 200g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Creams, 1 x 240g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Cuts, 1 x 4-bar pack of Panda Natural Original Liquorice 32g bars, 1 x 100g bag of Panda Natural Liquorice Torpedos, 1 x 32g Panda Blueberry bar, 1 x 32g Panda Raspberry bar and 1 x 125g bag of Panda Bear shapes.

WINNER SELECTION

All valid entries will be submitted into a prize draw and the winners will be selected at random by an independent party within 5 working days of the end of the Main Promotional Period and within 5 working days of the end of the Late Entry Promotional Period.

WINNER CLAIM PROCESS

Winners will be notified via email within 5 working days of the draw and they must respond within 28 days of the date of initial contact. Winners must provide their full postal address details including postcode and county within 28 days of the original contact date in order for their prize claim to be fulfilled. The winner of the Fiat Panda must confirm that they are available on a mutually convenient date to collect or receive their prize delivery as necessary. If we do not hear from the winners within 28 days of the date of the initial contact, or if they don’t respond in full within this timeframe, they may be disqualified and the prize awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. If the winner of the Fiat Panda lives in one of the following counties, then they must be available to pick up the vehicle from Wilsons Automobiles & Coachworks Limited in Epsom on a date that is mutually convenient with the Promoter: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Greater London. Travel for this collection will be paid for. If the winner is from outside of the counties stated, the car will be delivered to the winner’s home address on a date that is mutually convenient with the Promoter. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that valid insurance is obtained prior to receiving the Fiat Panda. Proof of insurance will be necessary in order for the Fiat Panda to be registered in the name of the winner. The winner must hold a valid driving licence at the time of receiving the Fiat Panda.

Multiple entries are allowed provided each entry is accompanied by a unique code from a Promotional Pack. Should the Promoter become aware or suspect that a participant is entering codes at random (that are not on purchased Promotional Packs) they reserve the right to exclude that person and/or household from the promotion or ask for proof (i.e. a pack or photograph showing the unique code entered) relating to that or any other claim.

No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.

This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

There is no cash alternative and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for the prizes.

Late Entry Prize Draw: All entries received after 23:59 on 30/11/2016 will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 x glovebox of tasty treats as outlined in clause 7. Entries received after 23:59 on 30/11/2017 will not be valid.

The Late Entry Prize Draw winner will be selected at random within 5 working days of the close date and independently verified from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified via the email address supplied on entry within 5 days of the draw date. The winner will have 28 days to claim their prize from the initial notification otherwise another winner will be selected at random.

GENERAL

The Promoter is not liable for any technical problems on the Website preventing registration and does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the Website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted, nor shall it or its licensors have any liability for damage caused by hostile software that may affect or infect your computer equipment or property as a result of browsing on the site. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of any posted prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control.

The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be seeking an unfair advantage, abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be unlawful and/or in violation of the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at any stage to refuse to award the prize or withdraw the prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage or used fraudulent means. The Promoter reserves the right at any stage to verify any entrant’s details including but not limited to name, age and address.

The Promoter will only use the personal details registered for the administration of the promotion and for the advertising of winners, and for no other purpose.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The winners’ full names and counties will be available by writing to Win a Fiat Panda, Toucan, 25 Northcote Road, London, SW11 1NJ within 3 months of the Late Entry Prize Draw closing date enclosing an SAE.

By entering the Promotion the entrant agrees that, if they become a prize winner, their full name, and county will be made available via post if requested as outlined in clause 20. They also agree to this information being published on the Promoter’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter and in other media at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.

The Promoter’s decision is final in all promotional matters.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
