The baby website dairy acting strange

Dairy competition from thebabywebsite.com has started acting strange from yesterday. Everytime I click the competition items pop- up appear from the behind. Anyone else has this problem?

This has been happening to me for a few days now on various pages on thebabywebsite so I emailed them yesterday to make sure it wasn't an issue with my PC as the ads look like spam. This was the response I received.

"The ad network we used to work with went into liquidation last week and yes, we have been trying out a new one.

We wanted to run a test for a week or so to see what (if any) feedback we would get.

Arrgghhh! :mad: It doesn't matter where or what you click on their site it results in a pop-up every time! Super annoying and time-consuming. I've sent a complaint message too. If others on here could do the same, maybe they'll act on all the 'feedback'!

I wonder if the same thing happened to Maximum Pop as it's a had a similar issue this week with pop ups on loads of their competitions. They embed the tweet to RT and this week it also opened junk if you clicked on them. I thought a page had been hijacked at first but it's on all the ones I tried.

Thanks for the info, i have had the same issues on the baby site. I did virus checks on my pc as i thought it was me. What i do now is as soon as i see the add coming up on the top bar i delete so it don't get a chance to play.

just logged in & done todays,
no pop ups & all submitted ok (IE)

I think they have fixed it now as no problems this morning.
