Carry on Caravanning – Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises of:

• a seven (7) night stay at the winner’s choice of one of four (4) Park Resorts parks on the Isle of Wight; Thorness Bay, Nodes Point, Lower Hyde or Landguard being offered for four (4) people including; Seven (7) nights’ accommodation in a 3 bedroom Platinum Caravan and full use of the park’s facilities;
• a maximum £600 allowance towards travel costs to the Isle of Wight comprising of either: (a) a petrol allowance calculated on mileage should the winner choose to drive, plus return ferry crossing from Portsmouth to the Isle of Wight or (b) return Standard Class rail tickets from a UK mainland train station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Portsmouth (unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights), return ferry transfers to the Isle of Wight and return private transfers between the ferry terminal and the chosen Park Resorts caravan park,
• an Annual English Heritage Trust Membership for four (4) people,
• one day entrance to Isle of Wight Zoo for four (4) people and
• £1000 (total) spending money.

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the Park.
3) The prize winner must book their trip (including travel) through Cloud Nine within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
4) Stays must commence on a Saturday and the prize must be taken before 30th June 2017 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 23rd July – 2nd September 2016, 8th – 11th September 2016, 20th October 2016 – 31st March 2017, 3rd – 18th April, 1st May and 29th May 2017.The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
5) Booking is subject to availability.
6) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed
7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
10) It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure they and their companions arrive in good time for their pre-booked journeys (including ferry crossings). Failure to do so may result in the prize winner having to re-book all or part of the journey which may result in additional charges payment of which will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
11) Accommodation kindly provided by Park Resorts. Footage and images kindly provided by Park Resorts, Visit Isle of Wight and Isle of Wight Zoo.
12) Bookings must be made through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd (“Cloud Nine”), The Works, 6 West Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 5HR (ABTA number: L9097)
