Pension CETV transfer costs

Been looking at getting a pension transfer specialist to carry out a transfer but struggling to find IFA's qualified to do it and the few that I have found are quoting 10-15K fees (transfer value 300K).
Can anyone advise of any decent firms that could do this at a fair price or is that a reasonable cost? (feel free to PM me).

Any adviser sending you a PM would breach board rules and would be banned if found out.
This is a public discussion forum. So, if someone has a comment to make to your question then they should do so on the forum and not send you a private message. It totally negates the benefit of discussion boards if people just communicate by PM.
£10k-15k is at the higher end. £3k-£8k is more reasonable. You can get cheaper than that. There are some that you suspect won't be around very long that will do it for less.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I wasn't looking for an adviser to PM me. I was hoping that someone would recommend an IFA that they had used successfully. £3-£8K is fair enough but where are they?0

Sent a PM but can't see it.. dunno if I'm excluded for low post count?
PM me if you didn't get it.0 -
It is a public forum, but I don't have permission to publish the IFA's name in an open forum.
I used https://www.bark.com I got about 8 enquiries 3 of which would do the necessary at 'low' (c.£2.5k!) cost after my position was described - ie I'd already just got the transfer pack and had a virtual 'no brainer' on cetv vs pension, based on lack of dependants, health issues and didn't need to access the cash in the short term. Maybe very different for others.
I also got IFA who declined outright unless I was taking an immediate annuity, and a couple who'd only do a low cost transfer if I was taking ongoing advice.0
