Ticket refund 2 months and still waiting!

I bought some tickets online for a trip to London and forgot to include the tube. Called the train company and they said they'd send a form by email for me to reclaim and I could book the tickets I needed. This I did and completed the form. Just around a month after found I had not received the refund. Was asked to complete a new form and post when I complained and did this, no refund. Now on 2.5 months. Have complained via email, twitter and even to the MD by email. Am I being singled out here or is there a wider problem?

GWR. Paid for tickets by credit card on website.0

Also have an online account with them which should make it very very easy!0

Were the original tickets refundable?0

I phoned and checked before purchasing the replacements so yes i s the answer. There doesn't seem to be an entitlement issue. Just seems they are very, very, slow and don't seem to take this at all seriously.0

Read the MSE Chargeback Guide, I think there may be a category to claim for unpaid refund.0
