    How rude!

Perhaps they wanted to know from other people's personal experiences...

I have lots of experience typing words like "housesitter agency advertising insurance" into Google. The trick when searching for anything is to try to imagine the sorts of words that might appear in an article that would be useful.

If you want to get into house sitting, think about how someone who wants a housesitter might find one, e.g. Agency or website, or what issues housesitters may discuss in a housesitters forum, e.g insurance.

    Good luck with the search.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
  • Isn't it a shame that you get people like that

this site is one of the nastiest sites on the internet I don't know why

I have never posted anything without a torrent of abuse about nothing in among the rational answers to the question

    really odd

Some people can be a little bit abrupt, and rude, just ignore them. You might have had more response if you had worded your question more like a request for information, rather than a demand which gave the impression you couldn't be bothered to look for yourself.

A bit of background might have helped. Several questions rather than eleven words, which says nothing about your circumstances or why you are asking.

Try being polite in future, it will help.

PS. Google House sitting agencies. Read their web sites, contact them, sign up with them. You will have to go through their vetting process, your background will be checked, and you will be CRB checked. It would be almost impossible to get bookings by yourself.
    I love skip diving.
