Mortgage Application Statements

Hello all, appreciate its late which is why I can't ask my broker, but hoping to be able to do something tonight if I can get an answer here.
As part of our mortgage application, our broker has asked for three months of full statements for all accounts my partner and i have. However, for our HTB ISA and savings accounts (barely used, more as a 'holding' account for bills, etc.) the last statements are from April, and neither website allows us to download 'full' statements (name, address, acct details, etc.), just text detailing transactions and balances. What can we do to satisfy the submission requirements, as they state no screenshots, etc. allowed. Is this a hard rule, or can we explain why and get by with it?
Thanks in advance.
