Need help removing name off mortgage

Hi Kynthia, thanks for you input. It's actually 14k negative equity when it was last valued earlier in the year. The solution I was looking for was that my ex and her partner are happy to take on the asset even with the negative equity and see it as an investment long term. I'm more than happy for them to take this on hence the simple name change. But looks like no solution is possible for this to happen.
At present you are trying to give her a £14k debt. That's not attractive. If you both didn't have this property either one of you could buy somewhere else that's an investment long term also but doesn't have a debt of a greater value attached to it.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0 -
Agree with your ex to make equal over payments to the mortgage every month. Will take time but ultimately the negative equity can be cleared. Allowing the property to then be sold or transferred.0
