Coke and Pepsi are often on BOGOF at the supermarkets, normally £1.40 ish so 70p a bottle.

I think Pepsi is half price at Somerfield at the mo. so probably a better buy.

I'm a Pepsi drinker but I assume the dals for Coca Cola occur as regularly.

Dont let these supermarkets fool you with bargain prices for coke and pepsi..........the normal price in my local supermarket is 1euro14cents....about 80 pence.... and special offers when it is 99 cents.=65 pence..and there is no reason why it should ever be more expensive in the uk........unless you have a shortage of water?..........i dont think so.........

So are we supposed to go to the Continent for cheaper Coke? I'd rather come back with a boot full of booze  and cigs, rather than cheap 65p cola.

What you're forgetting though is that we ALWAYS get ripped off for EVERYTHING in the UK. :)

The reason Poundland sell coke cheap (if you look at the label it is from Poland).........Every polish person arriving at Victoria coach station brings with them 2 bottles, and a Poundland representative buys them from them cheap.............unlimited supply enables Poundland to stock plenty
