I've already notified them of the problem but they haven't bothered to respond

I notified via Facebook, they responded, passed it on to the Web team and I got a response that it looked all ok from their end, further details please, but it went all dead once I returned my login details and info re. the problem/lack of password reset email etc.
Could they be blacklisting compers?0
