Great advice, as always, from Weller. I can't really add to that.

They Would Have To Go To Court In Order To Get In Enforcable Again, Which In The Least Would Cost Them More To Do That Than The Origonal Debt Is Worth. They Told Me That The Creditor Who Passed It Over To Them Didn't Give Them A Deed Of Assignmemt Anyway So Its Not Moorcroft That I Owe The Money To Its The Origonal Creditor, In This Case Kays Catalogue

As Spaniel says, they would need to get a Court Order to enforce the agreement. However, bearing in mind that they have, in not supplying the cca within the legal time frame, committed a criminal offence, for which they could be fined up to £2,500, then I doubt they would even try.

Why not, BH? If you feel you may have a case - good luck.
