Too many sign up requests

After a recent return to comping I have been experiencing a lot of comps telling me that my email has had too many sign up requests and not allowing me to enter.

The most recent one stated "List Throttled Recipient"?

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I get that if I use autofill, if I type my details in manually it goes through ok.
