Hello,
Were looking to have both mortgages by the same provider.
Happyily LTV is 60% (Residential) and 75% (BTL). Currently struggling to find someone who can do both mortgages at the same time. Current provider is Halifax and on the SVR which is £100 a month more. We dont want different mortgage lenders affecting the other etc.
Any ideas? Tried the usual online sites, looking for ideally a low setup fee, and 3 year fixed deals.

Broker is the best way forward"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
