The promoter of this competition is The Paphitis Small Business Sunday Limited Ltd (SBS) (whose registered office address is 22-24 Worple Road, London, SW19 4DD and whose company number is 08540787.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The ‘Win a Prestigio Visconte’ promotion begins on 16th September and continues until 11pm on 30th September. Customers will be able to enter the Promotion online via the web address above during the Promotional Period.

The Promoter may vary or terminate the Promotion at any time in its absolute discretion.

ACCEPTANCE
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these conditions. All instructions issued by the Promoter in relation to the Promotion form part of these conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to all residents in the UK, of any age except anyone immediately connected to the provision of the Promotion in a professional capacity. It is deemed that the parent(s) or guardian(s) of any entrant that is aged under the age of 18 have consented to that person’s entry into the competition and these terms and conditions. Entrants under 18, should be able to demonstrate to our satisfaction that their parent/guardian has given their consent to such entry.

GENERAL
No purchase of any sort is necessary to enter the Promotion online and there is no charge
to enter. When you enter the Promotion online, you will be asked to register your details.
You must ensure that you provide a valid email address as part of your profile and must be contactable at this email address.

Only one entry per person will be accepted, however you may Share the competition with
your friends to increase your chances of winning.

Winners will be drawn at random from all valid registrations made during the Promotional
Period. The prize draw will take place immediately after the end of the Promotional Period,
and the winners will be informed via their email address provided.

The Promoter shall make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners, but if a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days of the prize draw, an alternative winner shall be drawn.

Winning claims are subject to a full verification process, and a prize may not be claimed without valid confirmation by the Promoter that you are the winner of that prize. The decision of the Promoter as to who has won a prize is final.

Bulk claims will not be accepted.

THE PRIZE

Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the Promotion winner.
There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable

LIABILITY
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and any agencies (“the Relevant Parties”), exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any person arising out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or the prizes including without limitation:
(1) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; or
(2) any loss arising from any negligent act or omission of any Relevant Parties; and
(3) any liability for personal injury or death.
The Promoter will not accept liability for any entries lost or damaged, nor for any associated costs to claimants.
