Remortgage and Credit Card?

Hi,
So I am coming to the end of my 5 year fixed period at the end of the year. I am in a good position I believe as I have a good credit report, always paid the mortgage for 5 years no problem and the house has gone up by 100k so I am at a rough ltv of 50%.
So I am hoping I will get a good deal. But I would like to do some work on the house and was thinking about getting a Super Balance Transfer CC. But I am wondering if it is a good idea to get this CC before or after doing the remortgage?
