Thanks for the replies.
Firstly after discussing with my employers that I am entitled to holiday up until my leave date. Pointing them in direction of you gov website. They then realised that any untaken holiday I am actually entitled to it.
So this is was was agreed.
Leave date was yesterday.
I was entitled to 16 days on pro-rata basis until this time. I had taken 9 days (which I agree to). They are giving me 7 days payment in lieu.
Im paid up to 19th September, have 7 days payment in lieu and starting new job 3rd October. So technically I dont get paid for 2 days this month!
To be fair this is probably the best way to go after the hell I have had these last 12 months working for them. Time for a fresh start!0
