Not needing to lose weight but constantly needing to monitor it as I will put it on very quickly.Sorry, Fbaby, but you had given me the impression that you are trying to lose weight : probably by bring on this thread.
At the moment, I am managing to maintain my weight without giving anything up, just reducing and being careful, but the menopause is looming and I don't know how that will effect me. If I need to give it all up, or almost so, then that's what I will do!0 -
Swimming and cycling are also very effective!0
