Amazon's superb service

Ordered some items for next day delivery last monday to my office, approx £100.

Hadn't arrived by Thursday but checked tracking and was signed for by a name I didn't recognise on Tuesday.

Amazon sent a lovely email saying how valued a customer I am, and refunded straightaway without question.

Items were just delivered to me this morning, so have emailed Amazon to see what they want to do.

Unrivalled customer service :T

Who delivered them? Were they with a neighbour (if at home) or other department (if at work)? Or had they been lying in the courier's van all this time?

Not sure, was handed to one of the girls on reception, but had been signed for several days earlier (no one works here by the name that signed for it).
