Persistent letters from Lowell despite proving I don't owe them

Always difficult complaining to FOS about debt collectors as when they ask them for tapes etc, or other evidence, DCA's always lie and cover there tracks, FOS ends up been a bit imputant in these circumstances unfortunately.

Thanks for the replies. It's an annoying thorn in the side, especially with 3 months of the DMP to go.

I think I'll try that letter 3 and see how that goes down.
