Hi Ge money sold my mortgage to Kensington mortgages without any warning and i started getting letters from KMC that your mortgage is transferred and i was shocked i asked why Ge money have not send me any letter explaining why they did this, i was told by KMC that they will ask Ge money to send me paperwork that explaining why they have sold my mortgage to them but nothing came through the post .So i am still paying money to Ge money and i keep getting letter from KMC that i need to send them money which i got no problem isn't it unfair to keep me in dark if was given enough warning i could have found another lender .do legally can they sell my account to someone else without informing me ????? ~Thanks
