Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had dealings with Kent Reliance.
My FA has submitted an application on our behalf for a mortgage, but I cannot find much info about them. I was wondering if anyone has their mortgage with them or has dealt with them and could give me some feedback.

I had a mortgage with them in my previous property, I went to them direct.
I didn't have any problems with them, they were good as I recall
But this was in 20100 -
We recently enjoyed four months of KRBS umming and ahhing over a newbuild shared ownership case we discussed and placed in advance with a packager.
We then gave up, had the applicant increase the deposit by £4,000 and application to offer with another lender took 19 days.I am a mortgage broker.
