A new look website for a new LEASE

The Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) is proud to announce the relaunch of its website. With changes to navigation and functionality, along with a more modern look and feel, the new website will allow for a much improved user experience. ‘The new look website is a fabulous resource for leaseholders, directors of management companies etc. I thoroughly recommend LEASE and the library of podcasts and detailed information available online’ Ann Pounds (leaseholder)
The relaunched website includes a new online booking facility. This is a significant step forward in LEASE’s drive to produce an efficient service to its clients and can be found here:

‘We know that our web site is a very valuable source of information and guidance regarding leasehold and the law governing rights and obligations, said Tony Essien, Chief Executive of LEASE, ‘but in the past it has not always been as easy as it could be to navigate. The new site enables visitors to find information relevant to their needs quickly and easily. This is true whether they own a leasehold property or are buying one, or are a freeholder or other landlord of a building.
With over 4.1 million existing leaseholders in England and more leasehold continuously being developed, we want to meet the increasing demand for information and advice and our new site is designed to do just that for existing leaseholders and prospective purchasers alike’.
As part of the long term strategy of ensuring products, from which all revenue goes towards supporting the free service provided for leaseholders, remain representative of customer needs and views, Shamini Soma has also joined LEASE as Sales and Marketing Manager.
LEASE is an executive non-departmental public body, set up in 1994 and now sponsored by the Department for Communities and Local Government and the Welsh Government. As the first point of contact for leaseholders, we are independent and impartial and all of our advisors are legally qualified providing free initial advice, information and guidance to members of the public about residential leasehold and park homes law
