Full and Final Settlement w/ CCJ possible?

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to obtain Full & Final Settlement on a debt that has defaulted and then had a CCj issued?
I'm aware of the negative side of F&F in that it is marked as partially satisfied, but also that the default it relates to would drop off the credit file in six years. I'm also aware the CCJ is separate to the default in terms of how it appears on the credit report.
So my real question is first if F&F Settlement is possible in the same way it is with any other debt not subject to CCJ?
If so, would having an offer accepted lead to:
1. The defaulted account having it's balance set to zero on credit files
2. Nobody being able to chase for the remainder of the money in the future
3. The defaulted account having it's status set to "partially settled/satisfied"
4. The CCJ being marked as Satisfied (I.E There is no such thing as "partial satisfied" w/ a CCJ)
5. I would get a certificate showing the CCJ has been satisfied
6. Any charging order against my property would be removed from Land Registry upon production of the certificate showing satisfaction
I understand with the charge on the property they may not be likely to accept a F&F settlement, but I can always ask and try to end this quicker. I've been paying for a few years and cleared around £2,000 from the £5,800 owed so it would be a few more years until they could be paid back in full this way.

Hi,
In the end it's what you can negoatiate with the creditor, they may be open to a deal for quick settlement, they may not.
Thing is, you won't know until you ask, put your offer down in writing to them, and see what they say.

Thanks, I'll get a letter off to them detailing the above.
Hopefully they see it in their favour to just get some of the money back in a lump sum - Was mainly concerned as to whether an agreement for F&F Settlement with the creditor would be good enough for the court to mark the CCJ as satisfied.0 -
