I got a fix 10 year mortgage with YBS rate 3.89% on £64000 (8 years left and ERC £4500). I'm planning of moving house porting that mortgage and borrow more fromYBS, £66000 at a rate of 2.89% on 10 year fix. Then total £130000, (3.89% for 64000 and 2.89% for 66000). House price is 200000 rest of money will come from equity upon selling of current house. I was just wanted to know whether it would be better to take a 10 year fix of £130000 from another lender offering 2.89% for 10 yr fix with fee of £900. Please advise. Thanks

Any particular 10 year fix and not a 5 year or 2 year for example? Interest rates are so low at the moment"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
