I have a mortgage and have never defaulted . I am on 'no deal' at all so paying full wack but cant seem to get a deal because when I put my income from my part time jobs into the computer score system it says that I'm not eligible.
How can this be if I already have a mortgage - have never missed - and only want a good deal so I could in effect be paying even less.
Does the ability to pay something not outweigh the computer score system or does anyone know of a company where I could talk to a human ??

Without more information it's difficult to say, .I.e. are you contracts fixed, zero hours etc.
And.....
'This is one for a broker'
Sorry I can't be any more helpful, I'm sure the forum who give some sound advice will arrive very soon0 -
Most lenders do not include 100% of second and third jobs. They typically accept 100% of main job plus 50% of any other jobs. There are exceptions but not many.
Another option would be to speak to your current lender and ask what deals they have available to you.
But there is nothing stopping you speaking to your current lender and a broker to see whether it is best to switch or not.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
