No, lenders must offer 51% of successful applicants the representative APR. The OP is one of the other 49%.0 -
Never knew that, cheers. Just thought it was one of those scams like when a budget airline sells thousands of flights "from £1", and the only £1 flight is one seat on a midnight flight to Baghdad.0

Try Zopa.
Just successfully applied for a loan with them and they stated the APR they would give me before actually applying. Naturally they put a warning on this but for me it certainly worked out.
