Well, feeling very embarrassed and also in a silly depressed mood today so drinking wine (really gonna help isn't it!).

I turned up for the meet -- VERY late (about 2.30 - s-i-l came round to use the computer and was here for ages!) and couldn't find anyone! Wondered around with the kids berating the fact I had no ones phone numbers before I shook myself and decided I'd keep an eye out for anyone with black and pink hair and would enjoy the day. We hada lovely time - the tide was in so we went for a little walk - went on one of those camel racing things in the arcades- helped sophia to win a little dog thing and then went to get her an ice cream while Will slept in the pushchair. Then the tide had gone out enough for us to go on the beach for a while and play on the sand. However, then Sophia got naughty and ran away - so the usual parent thing of 'if you do that again we'll go' etc. and she blooming did it again! Gutted - left the beach. Went for a wonder back to the train - bought a few bits in Poundland :D and a paper for reading tomorrow morning :) Spent a little more than I meant to (about £20 that I really haven't got!) but we had a lovely day despite it going slightly wrong! The kids are fast asleep and have ha a wonderful day. Sophia even got a cute little jigsaw and 2 chapters of roald dahl.

Anyhoo, I think I can now tell I have had lots of wine so I'll stop!! Back in blackpool party mood tonight though, so I'l join the party until I get too drunk and then I'll skulk away hehe.

    Sea xx

  • Time to play with the light
Now its dark in the skys tonight
A little bang or a woosh from the right
Make sure you cant get a fright

They come in orange, red and blue
dont leave the room to gloom
as they leave a trail of white sparks
so then can be seen exploding in the dark...

    enjoy :j
