Hi everyone,
I'm batch cooking some soups and stews etc for the coming week & I would like to ask about freezing things.
In particular - chicken
I cooked a chicken yesterday and am using curryqueen's curry recipe today for it. If there's too much of the curry can I freeze it to use later, bearing in mind that the chicken is already cooked.
2nd one, I'm going to make a chicken pie - same scenario can I freeze it to use later in the week
any help appreciated

Just one point, if you have large quantities to freeze and you put it in the freezer all in one go, you could bring the temperature of the freezer up too high - its easily done, I've done it myself but fortunately, my freezer has an alarm. Make sure the food portions are completely cold - put in the fridge for a while first.
The above said though, you need to get the stuff frozen as quick as possible.7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0
