National Insurance & Pension

My employment is ending in a few months.
Since I do not have two years of class 2 national insurance contributions and I have over 16k of savings, I am not entitled to contribution based nor income based JSA. Claiming JSA is not my concern, but gaps in contributions to my state pension is a concern.
Even though I am still 37 years away from state pension age, will gaps in my contributions now affect my eligibility for a full state pension?
Thanks.
Edit: It turns out the google search term I was looking for was state pension qualifying years. Of which, you need 30 to qualify for full state pension. Since I can't delete my own post, I will leave the info here in case its useful to anybody in the future.
