Remortgage

Options
Can you get a remortgage if you're self employed but currently have no proof of earnings. The only thing in your favour is that you have £150,000 equity in your property and the mortgage with Nram shows your regular monthly payments. Nram wont remortgage as there is some debt still being payed off as well as the monthly mortgage payments being made. However the monthly payment of over £1900 pounds is crucifying - need to find a better deal quickly.

No proof of earnings - as in not declaring earnings?

Or do you mean not making any money?

150k equity plays no part in seeing affordability and your supposed to keep monthly payments with the lender. The reward for that is no repo.

How much debt do you have?
