Can you buy monthly/yearly off-peak travel cards?

I have a new job in London on a later shift which basically means that every week day I get off-peak trains to and from work. To be precise the 09:33 from Chatham to London Victoria and then the 20:37 from London Victoria to Chatham. I also use the underground everyday to travel to Tower Hill and back.
Can anyone advise as the to the cheapest way to cover these journeys?
A brief look on SE suggests that an off-peak daily travel card bought every day would cost LESS than a weekly travel card...
I am also aware that buying a national rail card also gives 1/3 off off-peak fares which I could also take into account.
Season tickets are normally the way to go but I'm not sure if they do off-peak season tickets or not.
FYI I currently buy a monthly travel card which is £440 a month. Have to be at my work for 3 months before I can apply for the yearly deal they offer.
Thanks!

Some railway companies have carnet tickets but I don't think Southeastern offer these.0 -
Only providing you're eligible - under 25 or over 60 for instance

Presume they could use this one..http://www.network-railcard.co.uk0 -
The Network Railcard is not valid for journeys before 1000 sadly.0

If you want to save money but don't mind a longer journey you could buy a ticket from Chatham to London Bridge (i.e. Southeastern only) and then walk from there to Tower Hill?
You can use the £18.70 off peak return on the 0858 or the 0928 from Chatham to London Bridge, and any train in the evening.0 -
There aren't any trains to London Bridge/Cannot street around the times I get to the station. I can either get a Victoria train or a high speed which isn't necessary...
I am thinking the best option is going to be the monthly or yearly travel card. Would be good if you could buy a monthly/yearly travelcard that was just for off-peak use but I don't think you can...0 -
Too early for me as I don't start work until 11:30, but annoyingly for a months travel that would come at around £374, whereas a monthly currently is £440, so would save myself quite a bit.
But then that also means buying a ticket every single day...0
