This is the site, the comps came from an email so think you need to register. If you are some one like me that has to be wheat free it's a brilliant site. Really worth checking it out. I have nothing to do with the site by the way just find it useful.

</big>This week we have 2 You are what you eat books to give away. The books are very special as they are signed by the author, Gillian McKeith. Gillian has featured on TV many times advocating good sense eating and sound nutrition. The books go into great detail about how to read the symptoms we may have and how we can change our diets to help alleviate the problems. There are some eye openers and some sound, predictable suggestions. Well worth a read. If you would like to enter the prize draw to win one of these, please e-mail me putting You are what you eat in the subject of the e-mail and including your postal address. I will draw the winning names on Wednesday 26 September. competition@goodnessdirect.co.uk
Gillian takes the holistic approach to health and weight control. Her recommendations are balanced and she suggestes selecting foods from wide and diverse food groups which ensures that our diets don't get boring or too stuck. To help with knowing where to start or for browsing products you may not normally try we have selected all the products mentioned in the 'You are what you eat' book and flagged them to give you a You are what you eat shopping guide. I hope you find this helpful. Plus of course the Gillian McKeith branded bars and superfoods.
