5-5.5x salary multiple

I know this kind of question will bring a lot of mirth from some of the members. Is there anywhere that will do 5-5.5x salary multiples?
I am about to take the penalty on my 3.59% fix that has 3 years left to run & would like to borrow a bit extra to finish my house renovations. I'm well within affordability checks as I have no dependants or significant debt & save very well.
Do you think a broker would be able to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Yes there is but it's tricky and you may or may not get a result.

A good idea to use a broker.

If they say you can't do it without investigating, you have engaged the wrong one.
