Cancelling gym membership

So, I am on a rolling monthly gym membership.
According to the Ts and Cs I have to give them 3 months notice to cancel my membership...:(
If I try and cancel early, would I be chased for the additional months and thus end up affecting my credit rating?

Yes,,,,, You signed a legally binding contract to give 3 months so they will chase you for any outstanding amountl
Which can, in the end, lead up to a CCJ eventually, wich will trash your credit record for 6 years/make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
