ID1 form cost help please?

My absolute joke of an ex has got all stressed about getting his ID1 form signed off by a Conveyancer and has got me to find out exactly how much it is and got all annoyed when I said he'll be charged (oh and moaned about getting Passport photos) I'm gonna just give him the money but does anyone know how much somewhere will charge for this service please? It's the form to sign the land registry Deeds over in my sole name I don't want this to hold anything up.
