Fixed rate for 18 months

Hi guys,
I am on standard variable at the moment and would like to change it to fixed. I know however I will be selling my flat in March 2018 so 2 year fixed may not be the best option.
I was wondering what would be the best deal for me? Can you get a low rate but fixed it only for 1.5 years? Are there any deals with no early repayment charges and no set up /exit fees that would also offer low rates?

I dont think you can get an 18 month fixed.
You can get a variable rate tracker with no ERCs though. I can think of 2 lenders who will do it. I am also led to believe another lender will be launching some rates with a 0.5% ERC shortly but they have been saying that for a week or 2.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
