hello
some advice if i may ask for it please.
a little back round info, my brother bought a game out of cash converters for £9.99.
He was excited as he likes the game but we got it home and it worked once, he tried later on in the day but it never loaded up, so i took it back and told them it did not work, they offered to have the game *cleaned*
fair enough really , we had it cleaned and took it home and again it did not work!
went back to the shop and had it cleaned again and took it home, tried it and again it did not work!
went in yesterday a bit annoyed that twice i have had the game cleaned with the game clearly damaged( not our fault) and well i asked for my money back
the guy wrnt and spoke to his manager and they offered me the chance to exchange the product for other items in the shop.As none other items would suit us i rejected that offer and asked for the money back and they refused!
anyhow after the guy spoke to his manager they happend to find another disc( of the game we had bought) and he offered to exchange the game we had for this other disc.
we accepted this hoping this time it ll work and guess what?
does not work:mad:
we still have the receipt which had a 24 hour warranty, so where do i stand? the receipt is maybe 4-5 days old
we feel the game discs have not worked.do i have any rights in regards getting my brothers money back?

Why not explain the nature of the campaign you are going to mount against them instead?
