Discount Market Value Scheme Mortgage. Advise please

I had recently posted asking advice on affordable housing purchasing.
I got the scheme wrong and it's call 'Discount market value Scheme'

Anyone had any experience on purchasing on this scheme.
Seem to be limited to who will provide mortgages and have to use builders advisors.
If you've used this scheme who did you have your mortgage with?

How about reselling? Any problems

Any other advice very welcome.

Such property usually has a S106 or similar clause concerning local connection to the area; so you have fewer lenders who want to lend because of the potential future resale issues.

You will need a broker to establish the lender options as these will vary based on location and the wording of the S106.

We used to have a blog about these schemes on our website. Rare, but there are lending options.

Resale is the concern here as stated.
