Do I need to request a new P45 from the DWP?

Good afternoon

On September 2 I was offered a job and as I had made a claim for JSA, called the DWP to close it. I gave the address of my new employer and was told my P45 would arrive within seven working days, with the address of the firm I would be working for printed on it.

Since then, I've been offered another job which I have accepted and turned down the first offer of employment I received. Do I need to request a new P45 due to starting work with a different firm since the date I closed my claim?

I don't think there would be any reason to request a new P45, the financial details are what matter and they'll be identical. I'm a bit surprised that they would print the new employer's name, that wouldn't happen with a P45 issued by anybody else.
