Do Halifax charge a standard ERC?

Hi guys, we've got 1 year left on our 2 year fix with Halifax. The interest rate is quite high at 4.09 and just wondering whether we'd be better off remortgaging early.
We currently have around 229k left over 29 years.
I tried ringing them but was on hold for 10 minutes so gave up.
I've heard 3% being thrown about on the Internet but obviously don't know exactly.
Any ideas? Our house is around 255k now.
We are paying 1124 a month.

This will be visible on both the illustration and the offer of your current mortgage and is shown on your annual mortgage statement.

There is no standard/set amount and it is usually tapered on the anniversary of the mortgage starting.

That's what I was trying to find out lol.
Il have a look on my paperwork when I get home

Just had a look and it says after the first year and upto the end of the fix it's 2%.
With what we owe now it's about 4500.
