Hi all,
just after a bit of advice.
passed the initial credit score check from a lender via my mortgage broker.
i had a recent history of defaults and payday loans however i managed to get straight for a year now.
my question is once i ive found my dream home and they want to see my bank statements, will transferring my savings to my bank account a few times a month affect my application?
i only did this to occasionally treat myself to things, like clothes, and bits an bobs i fancied, as i never thought i would be approved for a mortgage.
obviously this will stop now , just wondering if i messed up my chances of a mortgage going through sucessfully?
my thoughts are my savings is my money, its not like im going into an overdraft or anything ?
