New government grants- solar panels

Hello,
My partner has said he seems to think new grants are available for solar panels.
Can anyone point me in the direction as to wether this is true and where this information on how to get could be found please.
All I can find is old information.

Thanks in advance
Helen

    Hi Helen

I take it that you are in the UK, if so not a lot's changed recently other than the level of support you'd get towards the cost of installation and some related rules, but we do tend to see plenty of promotional material which mentions 'new government schemes' or similar ....

For more detailed information just put the kettle on, sit back with a big mug of coffee and a biscuit - then read through the FAQs on the following thread ... https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3872445 ... and the embedded links.

Happy reading, then come back and ask about anything you don't fully follow - there's bound to be someone around to help ...
